- SUCCESSFUL BOOKING
Upon successful booking, you will receive a confirmation email and WhatsApp message with
- Your payment receipt
- A printable test request form (to be presented to the lab on your testing day)
If you do not receive the email, please check all your email inboxes to ensure it does not go into your spam inbox. After doing so and having waited for more than 2 days without receiving the email,

- BEFORE TEST
- Please fast for at least 10 hours before the blood sampling. Plain water is allowed.
- You will need to withhold any diabetic medication or medications to be taken after meals before the blood sampling during fasting.
- TESTING DAY
- Go to the lab you have selected.
- Bring along your Identification Card (IC) or passport for identification.
- Present the test request form (both hard and soft copies are acceptable).
- Get your blood and urine samples collected.
You don’t need to pay the lab for the test as you have made the payment through us.
- CONSULTATION
You will receive the test report and a link for booking a virtual functional consultation within 7 days via email. Book your virtual consultation via the provided link.
