    Booking

    • Choose the lab location, preferred date & time at www.functionalhealing.my
    • For women, to ensure the accuracy of the result, it’s preferably to book the date approximately 21 days after the first day of your last menstruation. (If you have not had menstruation for more than a month, you may choose any preferred date at your convenience.)
    • For men, you may choose any preferred date at your convenience.

    • Receive printable test request form within 24 hour

    Preparation for the test

    • Fasting for 10 hours before the blood sampling (plain water is allowed)
    • Withhold diabetes medication and medication taken after meal

    Upon test day

    • Bring your IC or passport for identification
    • Go to the selected lab
    • Present the test request form to the lab reception (both hard copy or soft copy are acceptable)
    • Blood and urine sample are collected
    • No payment to the lab, as you have made payment at www.functionalhealing.my

    • Receive test report & link to book for virtual functional consultation within 7 days
